History: Night Owl Publishing was started as a specialty web publishing house for military members and their families, but as other projects have come along we have taken them up also. We are currently developing clusters of sites in military, political, travel, public service, and retail (telephone and christmas) niches.	Publisher: Spencer Garrett started Night Owl Publishing in 1999 after receiving his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1988 with a degree in Political Science and served for eight years on Active Duty, including as a Gunnery Officer on two battleships, the USS IOWA (BB61) and the USS WISCONSIN (BB64) in the Persian Gulf War. From 2001 to 2006 he taught Business Administration at the Mississippi Gulf Coast campuses of Tulane University and the University of Southern Mississippi. He currently serves as a Commander in the Naval Reserve.	Privacy: Due to our military focus, we do not assemble personal information on anyone who views our websites and we never sell any contact data without the permission of the contact (i.e. as a referral).
